Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

OrgPilot is a workforce skills and development platform operated by OneBlink Inc. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices available. We aim to collect only what the service needs and to be plain about how it is used.

Who controls the data. OrgPilot is provided to organizations (employers) for their workforce. When your employer uses OrgPilot, your employer determines what information is entered and how it is used, and acts as the controller of that information. OrgPilot processes it on the employer's behalf as a service provider. If you are an employee user and want to access, correct, or delete information about you, please contact your employer's OrgPilot administrator first; we will support them in responding.

Information we handle

Account and identity information

To create and operate accounts, we handle work-related identity details such as name, work email address, job title, organizational role (for example, supervisor or staff), and reporting relationships. When an organization uses single sign-on, identity is federated from the organization's own identity provider (for example, Microsoft Entra ID), and we receive only the attributes needed to authenticate the user.

Assessment and development content

The core of the service is skills and development information that supervisors and employees enter, including skill ratings, development notes, and growth plans tied to named individuals. This content is created by users of the platform for workforce development purposes.

Technical and usage information

Like most web services, we record limited technical information needed to operate and secure the platform, such as IP address, browser type, and access and event logs. We use this for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.

Communications

If you email us (for example, to request a demo or support), we keep that correspondence to respond and maintain a record.

We do not collect special-category data such as Social Security numbers, financial account information, or health information, and the platform is not designed to store it.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use customer or employee data to train artificial-intelligence models.

Cookies and similar technologies

We keep our use of cookies minimal and avoid advertising and cross-site tracking.

You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to run the service:

All data is stored and processed in United States regions.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as your organization maintains its account and the service relationship, and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. On termination of a customer relationship, we delete or return organizational data in accordance with our agreement with the customer. Employee users should direct deletion requests to their employer's administrator.

Security

We protect information using encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and isolated infrastructure. Our practices are described in more detail in our Security Overview.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most information in OrgPilot is controlled by an employer, we will generally direct individual requests to the relevant organization and support that organization in responding. You can also contact us directly using the details below.

Children

OrgPilot is a workplace tool intended for use by organizations and their adult workforce. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify customers of material changes.
